Good To Know
Travel
Although I am based in Lincoln, I am happy to travel to the surrounding areas and across Lincolnshire for your photoshoot.
Please note there may be a small fee added to your booking if the location of your choice is more than an hour commute away from me.
Booking in Advance
For Portrait sessions, I ask for at least a week's notice when you make your booking. For Events, I'd appreciate 3-4 weeks notice.
This is to give me enough time to talk with you leading up to your session and understand exactly what kind of photos you'd like to recieve.
Receiving your photos
When I get home from your shoot, I'll more than likely start going through your photos!
I aim to send out session galleries within a week of your booking, but you may receive your digital photos within 2-3 days after your session!​​

Booking Policy
Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are secured once a deposit has been paid and confirmation has been sent.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the booking date, unless agreed otherwise.

Enquiries without a paid deposit are considered provisional and dates may be released if payment is not received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate where possible.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is given.
​
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may be non-refundable.
Delivery
Galleries are curated and delivered within 72 hours of your booking, unless stated otherwise.
Usage Rights
All images are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.​
